Our clients come first and as such, we meet with them one-on-one. One of our caring Sitters Etc. representatives will visit with you, at your convenience, to develop a detailed Care Plan. This allows Sitters Etc. to personalize each client's care and ensure that even "the little things" will be taken care of. Once the Care Plan is developed, our Staffing Coordinator will match a caregiver with the client's needs based on the skill level required for the tasks assigned and also based on the personality traits of both the client and caregiver respectively. This process allows each client to receive the highest levels of in home elderly care.
